Characteristics: Made with whole pasteurized cow’s milk, rennet, salt, acidity corrector: calcium chloride and lactic ferments. Fat: minimum 45% of dry matter.

Tasting note: Thin and flexible yellow rind, clean and smooth. Even and shiny paste. Easy to cut, buttery texture. Few unevenly distributed holes. Soft and delicate on the palate, with a slight touch of salt.
