Characteristics: Made with whole pasteurized cow’s milk, rennet, salt, acidity corrector and lactic ferments. Fat: minimum 45% of dry matter.

Tasting note: Thin and elastic rind of a straw yellow colour. Shiny and soft paste. Delicate texture. Few evenly distributed holes. Soft and creamy on the palate and with a slightly salty flavour.
